Pay-as-you-go

For a low monthly retainer, we provide priority remote support, and optionally call-outs, at a reduced rate. The rate depends on the amount of the retainer.

Remote support is billed by the quarter-hour, and call-outs by the half hour. We create and maintain site documentation, which is shared with you.

We make a point of looking at your whole office setup and working out practical ways to make it more reliable, secure and cost-effective. All our packages are invoiced monthly, and there is no minimum term. 

We proactive monitoring of computers and apply regular maintenance, to avoid unexpected problems.*
